Guidelines:
|
Vector-based graphic files (ie. Freehand, Illustrator, and Corel Draw) are preferred because of their scale-ability and smaller file size. Bitmapped files such as Photoshop, Photopaint, etc. may be sent at a reasonably high resolution. All bitmap line artwork should be at least 1000 dpi while 300 maximum dpi can be used for color halftones or grayscale artwork. The artwork should be at exact size and dpi should be double the final line screen. Example: If the final output is for litho printing using a 150 line screen the artwork should be set up using 300 dpi. For silk screening the suggested use is a 45-100 line screen depending on the artwork's detail. Again double the screen so your artwork should be set up as a 90-200 dpi scan. Please fax a copy of artwork with order. |
